Museum of Bath at Work Presents
The Time Machine (1960)
Introduced by Stuart Burroughs
H. G. Wells's story of an Edwardian gentleman inventor who develops a vehicle to travel backwards and forwards in time. A pessimistic view of the future which Wells saw as the logical result of the class system. Technicolour but depressing.
